Our Soaking Salts are a mineral-rich bath salt blend formulated to relax tired muscles, soften skin and restore a sense of calm. Add 1 - 2 handfuls to a warm bath and soak for 15 - 20 minutes. Suitable during pregnancy and postpartum. 500g jar makes 2 - 3 full baths.

How to use:

1. Fill your bath with comfortably warm water.
2. Add 1 - 2 generous handfuls of soaking salts directly to the water.
3. Swirl the water until the salts dissolve completely.
4. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes.

For a targeted postpartum sitz bath: add a smaller amount to a shallow sitz bath basin and soak the perineal area for 15 - 20 minutes.
